PURPOSE

This article describes how you can obtain a report that allows you to reconcile the transactions showing in the APEXX portal with your bank statement data.

 

SOLUTION

  1. Log into the APEXX portal - if you do not yet have a login, please request this by emailing support@apexx.global

  2. Click Dashboard in the top left hand corner. If you do not see the Dashboard option or are receiving a message informing you that no dashboards have been assigned to you, please raise a case with support@apexx.global

  3. Click the Transaction Download tab near the top of the screen. This dashboard shows your transaction data up until the end of the previous calendar day

  4. Apply any relevant filters in the Controls area. If you want to only include data that appears on your bank statement then we recommend that you include only the following transaction statuses - all others will not affect your bank balance:

    1. CAPTURED

    2. SETTLED

    3. REFUNDED

    4. CHARGEBACK

    5. CHARGEBACK REVERSAL

  5. Now click on the outline of the dashboard, below the Controls area. A blue line will appear around the dashboard and you will see some controls in the top right hand corner:

  6. Click on the three dots as shown above and select Export to CSV or Export to Excel. You can now download the data to file on your local machine.
