You can easily check whether a refund has been issued for a particular transaction by following these steps:


1. Login with your credentials 


2. Select the Dashboard Menu > Reports > Transactions




3. Using the search bar single out the particular transaction





4. Once you identified the transaction access all the details by clicking on it. 



5. A transaction profile will appear on the right side of the screen. You can now access the “Actions” tab




6. You can check whether a refund has already been made by reviewing the history of the transaction, under “Refunds”. If no refunds have been done, you can complete the  form and submit it.
