You can refund transactions where transaction status is “Settlement Completed”. If status is “Authorised” you can Void the transaction.
1. Access the Dashboard Menu > Reports > Transactions
2. Using the search bar single out the particular transaction you want to refund
5. Once you identified the transaction access all the details by clicking on it.
6. A transaction profile will appear on the right side of the screen. You can now access the “Action” tab
8. You can check whether a refund has already been made by reviewing the history of the transaction, under “Refunds”. If no refunds have been done, you can enter the value you wish to refund and select “Submit”.
If it is a “Authorised” transaction, you’re given the option to “Void” the transaction.
